Kris Price

Kris Price has an A.A. in Behavioral and Social Sciences from Modesto Junior College. He is currently attending University of Montana, Missoula where he is studying Creative Writing and Film Studies. Kris was an assistant editor for Quercus Review, and Snail Mail Review. He is working on his first chapbook. 

His work has appeared in Penumbra, Emerge, The Fine Line, theNewerYork Press, Diversion Press, PressboardPress, Crack the Spine, Eastern Point Press, Red Ochre Press, The Literary Yard, Ijagun Poetry Journal, The Oval 2014 and 2015, the Modesto Poetry Anthology, More than Soil, More than Sky. He was awarded second place in Kay Ryan's Community College Poetry Project contest that she held during her term as the United States Poet Laureate. He has read at Lit Crawl in San Francisco for theNewer York Press, 2013. Accepted to Juniper Institute 2015 Poetry Workshop.
